Take control of the rhythm with tap dance lessons
Tap dancing is an exciting form of dance that’s all about the rhythm, originating from African tribal dance as well as Scottish, Irish and English clog dancing and jigs. Nobody can resist the satisfaction of toe-tapping action when the beat is right!
We offer tap dance lessons for all ages and abilities, from beginners to advanced. You’ll learn all of the essential steps and sounds of tap dance, and have the opportunity to take recognised exams as you work up from grade to grade if you like.
Tap lessons are available for children of 5 years old or over.

Examinations
Pupils will be placed for examinations only when their teacher feels that they can perform all syllabus steps to a good standard and are confident in their knowledge of the syllabus. Pupils will be expected to attend all additional exam classes arranged by the school.
Uniform is essential.
