What to wear

If you dress the part, you’ll feel the part. That’s why we think it is really important that pupils attend all lessons appropriately dressed. Below is a guide of what to wear, and what not to wear!

Please Note: If uniform is not worn then the teacher reserves the right to refuse admission to the lesson.

Appropriate clothing

  Approved leotard

  Tan or pink tights

Shorts or dance bottoms for Jazz

  Ballet, Tap or Jazz shoes/boots

Leg warmers – these can be worn for Tap & Jazz but can only be worn in Ballet during the warm-up session. They must be removed when the full lesson begins

Hair to be tied back from the face and neck

Angel School of Dance sweatshirts and t-shirts will be allowed during the winter
